What is the difference between Civly Plus and the 30-day pass?
The features are the same. Civly Plus costs €12.99 per week and renews every week until you cancel. The 30-day pass costs €29.99 once and ends on its own after 30 days.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card. Payment runs through Stripe. Civly never sees your full card details.
How do I cancel Civly Plus?
Anytime, in your profile or without signing in via "Cancel contracts here" (civly.de/en/kuendigen). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week. You keep access until then.
Does the 30-day pass renew?
No. The pass ends automatically after 30 days, there is nothing to cancel. If you want to continue, just buy a new pass. If you buy a pass while your current one is still running, the 30 days are added to its current end date.
Can I try Civly before buying?
Yes, with the ATS check at civly.de/en/check. Without an account you see your score and two issues with their fix. The remaining issues and all other features come with Civly Plus or the 30-day pass.
What happens to my data when my access ends?
Your account and your CVs stay saved. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
In principle yes, 14 days. Because Civly starts right after the purchase, you confirm before paying that your right of withdrawal ends once the service begins. The withdrawal policy has the details.
I have a monthly or quarterly subscription. What changes?
Nothing. Your subscription continues on its current terms until you cancel it. These subscriptions can no longer be newly purchased.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. After every payment Stripe sends a payment confirmation to your email address.
How secure is my data?
Data is transferred encrypted. For AI features the required content is sent to Google Gemini. The privacy policy has the details.
